Description
We are seeking a Finance Systems Lead to join our Finance Systems team at Anthropic, based in our Dublin office.
In this role, you will lead finance systems for our international entities, partnering closely with the US-based leads and product owners for accounting, revenue, tax, and treasury and strongly influencing the approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the international finance systems agenda for the Dublin finance hub and other international teams
- Shape the international vision and strategy with business owners and US product owners
- Build trusted relationships with local finance, accounting, tax, and treasury leaders
- Shape international design decisions with the relevant product owners
- Drive delivery of international priorities with the relevant product owners
- Lead business systems analysts, contractors, and implementation partners across time zones
- Ensure international users are supported through month end and quarter end close
- Plan how our systems scale as we enter new countries
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or finance transformation
- At least 3 years as the accountable lead for a program or region
- Experience leading a multi-country ERP or finance systems program
- Working depth across at least three of Record to Report, order to cash and revenue, Procure to Pay, tax, and treasury
- Strong understanding of financial accounting under US GAAP and IFRS
- Strong systems design judgment
- Experience leading business systems analysts, consultants, and implementation partners across time zones
Preferred requirements:
- Deep Workday Financials experience
- Product practice such as PRDs, goals and success criteria, and rank-ordered roadmaps
- An accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
- Experience with Workday Business Assets and lease accounting under IFRS 16 / ASC 842
The annual compensation range for this role is €195,000-€230,000 EUR.
