As a Senior Therapist at Soho House's Cowshed Primrose Hill in West London, you will oversee daily operations of the therapy team, ensuring high standards of client care and service excellence.
You will lead by example, providing expert treatments while mentoring and supporting colleagues to deliver an exceptional wellness experience for members and guests.
Key duties include:
- Delivering high-quality therapeutic treatments
- Supervising, training, and mentoring junior therapists
- Managing daily treatment schedules
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new therapies and industry trends
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- Handling member enquiries and feedback
- Collaborating with the Spa Manager and other departments
- Managing stock levels of therapy products and equipment
- Leading regular team meetings
- Maintaining detailed client records

Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a qualified therapist
- Proven leadership experience in a spa or wellness environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Relevant therapy qualifications
- Additional certifications in advanced treatments
- Knowledge of spa software and booking systems
