We are seeking a Whatever/Whenever Agent to join our team at W Hotels in Hong Kong. As a Whatever/Whenever Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, addressing guest requests, and providing support to ensure a memorable stay.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
