Description
We are seeking an Associate Town Planner to join our Global Capability Centre (GCC) UK Infrastructure Planning team in India. As an Associate Town Planner, you will work on major infrastructure projects, contributing to the growth of our Infrastructure Planning activities in India.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-profile projects for private and public sector clients across the UK
- Manage project delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and effective budgetary control
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with organisational objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Champion the adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes
- Support talent development and team building
- Manage technical and commercial risks, ensuring compliance with governance protocols
Requirements:
- Degree level qualification in Town Planning or relevant field
- Post Graduate qualification in Urban Planning / relevant subject with more than 15 years’ experience in planning
- Member of (or eligible for) the RTPI
- Proven track record of delivery of large infrastructure projects
- Technical expertise in Urban Planning and multidisciplinary project delivery
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship skills
