Description
Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong – M Gallery Collection is a luxury resort in Phuket, offering serene views and high-end amenities. As a Villa Host, you will serve as the dedicated point of contact for Pool Villa guests, providing warm, personalised service from arrival through departure.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate villa arrival experiences, in-villa dining, amenities, and housekeeping requests.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, curating bespoke touches and experiences.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Spa teams to resolve requests promptly.
- Supervise daily reception, check-in, check-out, and guest service workflows.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Train, coach, and schedule front office team members.
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and yield management.
- Act as the shift leader or hotel representative when the manager is away.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure clean and ready rooms.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in villa hosting, butler service, or guest relations within a luxury resort.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with working knowledge of hospitality software (Opera system).
- Excellent command of both English and Thai.
