Description
We are seeking a Senior Conference Producer to lead the delivery of Climate Action's flagship programmes, including the Sustainable Innovation Forum and the Climate Innovation Forum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing cutting-edge programmes that balance commercial and sponsor needs with target audience needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing event content strategies
- Curating and shaping session formats and topics
- Securing high-level speakers and managing speaker pipelines
- Collaborating with sales teams to align sponsors with relevant sessions
- Overseeing onsite conference programme delivery
- Producing compelling marketing copy for email campaigns and social media
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience creating, managing and delivering programmes for international B2B conferences
- Extensive knowledge of climate change, policy and sustainability
- Deep experience in a single market sector with strong relationships across the industry
- Genuine alignment with Climate Action's mission and business objectives
