Description
We are seeking a Colleague Experience Analytics & Adoption Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise-scale colleague experience analytics capabilities at Barclays. You will utilise Microsoft's digital workplace ecosystem, advanced analytics platforms, and employee listening solutions to generate actionable insights that enhance productivity, wellbeing, engagement, and overall colleague experience.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering enterprise-scale Colleague Experience Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or Employee Experience programmes in large global organisations. You will be expected to implement and optimise Microsoft Viva Insights, design and build data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Services, and drive adoption, change management, and value realisation strategies for digital workplace technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
- Staying informed about industry technology trends and innovations, and contributing to the organisation's technology communities.
- Adhering to secure coding practices and implementing effective unit testing practices.
- As a Vice President, contributing to or setting strategy, driving requirements, and making recommendations for change.
Preferred skills include experience with the broader Microsoft Viva Suite, strong understanding of people analytics, organisational network analysis, employee listening, and workforce measurement frameworks.
The role is based in Pune.
