Description
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation in Clemmons. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient care assessment and treatment, maintaining accurate patient documentation, meeting department financial and productivity standards, participating in process management, promoting professional development and education, supervising physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students, communicating with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers, and providing appropriate patient care in accordance with age/developmental guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care assessment and treatment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Meet department financial and productivity standards
- Participate in process management
- Promote professional development and education
- Supervise physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students
- Communicate with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers
- Provide appropriate patient care in accordance with age/developmental guidelines
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of North Carolina
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy school
- CPR certification required every two years
