Mastercard's Business & Market Insights (B&MI) team helps organizations turn data into actionable outcomes. We're looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead our Portfolio, Intake and Governance group. As a Director, you will partner with business stakeholders, develop roadmap strategies, and manage demand for 10+ programs. You'll lead a team of Technical Program Managers to ensure clear communication and priority of B&MI needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion
- Build relationships, partner with and influence dependent teams
- Partner across roles and teams to ensure dependencies and risks are identified and managed
- Drive teams with changing priorities and needs
- Have deep knowledge of financial planning for Programs
- Identify roadblocks and challenges, and execute contingency plans
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability
