Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Fixed Income Access Coordinator to support analyst marketing trips and client engagement logistics.
The purpose of this role is to maximise the value of the Research product through the targeting and marketing of content to Clients and ensuring best practice in negotiating and collecting revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating travel schedules with senior analysts and managing meeting requests and calendars
- Confirming bookings and creating detailed itineraries for distribution
- Collaborating with sales and client strategy guidance to prepare pre-trip summaries
- Tracking real-time requests during live events to ensure smooth execution and communication across teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve the monetisation of Research and driving changes to systems and processes
- Adhering to the highest standards of risk management and controls
Requirements:
- Experience in the financial industry and fixed income research
- Ability to coordinate travel and meetings in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and calendar management

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
