The Digital Presales Solution Architect with Czech role is part of the WW Presales – Solutions centers and Deal centers organization at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The Sofia Solutions Center provides services to EMEA and LAC Geos as well as to Direct customers and Partners.
As a Digital Presales Solution Architect, you will provide support to sales to provide opportunity solution pricing as per expectations. You will handle End-to-End pricing solutions in scope for the Solutions Center team and interact and collaborate with sales/pursuit teams in Geo/country to understand the customer requirement and develop pricing quote and SoW for in-pursuit deals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to sales for opportunity solution pricing
- Handling End-to-End pricing solutions for the Solutions Center team
- Interacting and collaborating with sales/pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quotes and SoWs
- Contributing to the design of specific deliverables and assisting in the development of technical solutions
- Ensuring that incoming deals meet acceptance guidelines
- Understanding a broad spectrum of the company's technology to deliver part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements
- Identifying the technology solutions needed to fulfill the business objectives of the customer
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Possessing a strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations
The successful candidate will have:
- A university degree, preferably a Technical Degree (Computer Science, IT Engineering, etc.)
- 2-5 years of desired professional experience in the technical field and/or presales
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Czech
- Fast learner of technology concepts and understanding the purpose of technologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Technical background is valued (Knowledge about Servers, virtualization technologies, Storage and Networking)
- HPE Pricing tools expertise valued
- Presales experience valued
