Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving tangible, impactful results for clients. We're looking for an experienced consultant with deep knowledge of payments, banking or financial services to join our Consulting team in Germany.
As a Senior Manager, you'll lead high-impact consulting engagements for leading financial institutions across Germany and Central Europe. You will serve as a trusted advisor to banks, fintechs, payment providers and other financial services organizations, leading client engagements from problem definition through analysis, recommendation development and implementation support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing actionable strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, digital adoption and profitability
- Supporting clients in building and scaling innovative digital banking and payment propositions
- Analyzing complex customer, portfolio and transaction data to generate strategic insights and business recommendations
- Helping clients address emerging industry challenges, including digital transformation, customer engagement, fraud prevention and evolving payment trends
- Identifying new opportunities to support clients and contribute to the growth of Visa Consulting & Analytics
- Collaborating with experts across Visa, including Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Innovation and Risk teams
- Mentoring and developing colleagues while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing consulting culture
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to advise some of Germany's largest banks, fintechs and payment providers, influence the future of digital payments and banking in one of Europe's most important financial markets, and partner directly with senior executives and decision makers.
