We are seeking a Client Manager in the Composite Insurance department at our Munich office, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing smart insurance solutions, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions for commercial and industrial clients
- Manage client relationships, identifying their needs and providing bespoke solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate risk transfer
- Maintain existing client relationships, building long-term partnerships, and collaborating with experts, management, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Completed training as an insurance clerk or equivalent qualification
- Preferably several years of experience in commercial or industrial insurance
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
