At Adyen, an organisation that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution, you will join the Account Management team as an Enterprise Account Manager.
The Account Management team is critical to the growth and success of Adyen's business, expanding the Adyen brand globally. You will manage relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong customer relationships, navigating their organisations to align the right external and internal stakeholders
- Driving commercial discussions with customers, meeting strategic and financial targets for assigned accounts
- Acting as a strategic consultant, delivering expertise, education, and payment guidance to customers
- Prioritising and executing short-term and long-term projects across multiple accounts
- Serving as a feedback loop, championing your customer's voice internally

Additional requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing, commercial role, such as account management or in the payments industry from a merchant side
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus
- Hybrid workplace, with some domestic and international travel required
