The Head of Enterprise Digital Assets & Tokenization leads S&P Global's central Digital Assets & Tokenization team.
The team sets direction, prioritizes investments, unblocks divisions, and lands external partnerships to make S&P Global's data and infrastructure authoritative in on-chain workflows.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Enterprise Strategy, Prioritization & Capital Allocation: Own the enterprise digital assets and tokenization strategy, translating it into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives.
- Delivery & Execution with Divisions: Drive priority initiatives to in-production status with paying customers.
- External Partnerships & Commercial Development: Build and hold senior relationships across on-chain-native firms and traditional financial institutions.
- Internal Alignment, Governance & Risk: Convene and run the enterprise governance forum for digital assets.
- Leadership & Influence: Lead a small, high-calibre team and grow it as the portfolio warrants.
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in capital markets, asset management, or digital assets.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching regulated products, technical fluency in blockchain architecture, or exposure to board-level governance.
Compensation/Benefits Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $185,000 to $265,000.
