Senior Project Manager (d/f/m)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (d/f/m) to join our Experience & Engineering business unit in Germany. As a Senior Project Manager, you will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our clients.

Job Purpose You will plan, coordinate, and implement complex online and e-commerce projects, ensuring milestones are met. You will manage projects from preparation to completion, controlling key figures to ensure timely and budgeted delivery. You will serve as a central interface for communication and requirement clarification between internal and external stakeholders and our expert teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement complex online and e-commerce projects, keeping an eye on milestone fulfillment.
• Manage projects from preparation to completion, controlling key figures to ensure timely and budgeted delivery.
• Serve as a central interface for communication and requirement clarification between internal and external stakeholders and our expert teams.
• Advise and support clients with a confident and proactive manner.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting.
• Lead an interdisciplinary project team across locations, maintaining regular, close contact.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing agency role or direct, competent, and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
• Experience in (multi-)project management and classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g., Asana or Jira).
• Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers, designing project plans with milestones and dependencies, and documenting deadlines with clients.
• Work independently with a high sense of quality and responsibility, characterized by a structured and organized manner.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve common goals.
