Description
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Referendare (m/w/d) in the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations department at our Frankfurt office.
As a Referendar, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including corporate litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory disputes. Our team advises and represents leading companies and financial institutions in all significant disputes, both in court and out of court.
Our Frankfurt office focuses on areas such as:
- Corporate Litigation
- International Arbitration
- Banking and capital markets disputes
- Insolvency-related disputes
- Cartel damages claims
- Energy-related disputes
- Post M&A disputes
- Regulatory disputes
- Product liability
In addition to your daily work on cases, you will also have the opportunity to participate in our Colleagues of Tomorrow program, which offers workshops, networking events, and training courses.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent academic credentials, a good understanding of economic principles, and very good English language skills. You should also be able to demonstrate personality, teamwork skills, and motivation.
