Description
We are seeking a Host to join our team at Richmond Villages Painswick in Gloucestershire.
As a Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive dignified, personalized attention during mealtimes, promoting social interaction and contributing to their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve in our care home at mealtimes and deliver refreshments
- Prepare trays and provide room service to village residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
- Collect trays from resident's rooms and restock resident's personal kitchens
Requirements:
- A person who cares deeply for others and is driven to make a significant impact on people's lives
- Background in customer service, and potentially some experience in catering or kitchen roles (though not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a tight-knit team setting
