Riverview, located in the picturesque seaside town of Teignmouth, Devon, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join their team.
Riverview provides residential support for eight males and females who are autistic, and the team is dedicated to helping residents develop skills to fully participate in the community and live the life they want.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to the residents' wellbeing, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans
- Undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents
- Leading a team and being part of a supportive environment
