Description
We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a consultant, you will advise our private customers on digital media (telephone, video consultation, chat, co-browsing) on topics such as accounts, service, digitalisation and explore the entire standardised product range for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide demand-driven advice to private customers on digital media
- Advise customers on account, service, digitalisation and actively explore the entire standardised product range
- Consult customers in the areas of investment, provision and private credit
- Confidently use digital media in consulting and utilise all available tools of an omnichannel-capable workstation
- Identify and exploit cross-selling potentials
- Maintain high service quality according to the principles of customer-oriented sales, taking into account regulatory and internal company requirements and processes
- Carry out all necessary pre- and after-sales activities
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a bank clerk
- Comprehensive product knowledge of financial services
- Experience in sales
- Evidence of expertise in accordance with the EU Intermediary Directive (EU-VRR)
- Cost awareness and ability to think and act in a business-economic manner
- PC skills, ability to learn work-specific systems
- Sales skills and enjoyment in contact with our customers
- Open and communicative personality who likes to work in teams
- High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop specialist, sales, process and digitalisation know-how
- Routine in dealing with PC and software applications
- High sales and self-motivation as well as pronounced customer orientation
- Pronounced analytical thinking, quick comprehension and high performance readiness
- Very good communication skills
