Description
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of supply chain and operations for multiple product lines within the organization, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the organization's goals.
The Manager - Supply Chain Operations supervises and leads a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing supply chain logistics, production, procurement, inventory, and distribution
- Ensuring delivery of products and services that meet performance metrics defined by senior management
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and policy development
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support cost-effective operations
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to maintain successful operations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, including continuous improvement processes, data analysis, enterprise resource planning, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Preferred certifications include:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)
