We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our North America Presales team. As a trusted advisor to Workday customers and prospects, you will craft solution strategies to achieve their business objectives. With deep Financial Services expertise and understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions, you will establish yourself as a leader with a valued point of view.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic, complex platform opportunities, architecting technology solution strategies that achieve customer objectives.
- Identify and analyze key systems, dependencies, and integration points within the overall solution landscape, developing solution maps.
- Provide expert guidance to sales and deal teams on how to differentiate with Workday technology.
- Collaborate across functional groups to create customer experiences that build long-term, sustainable relationships.
- Travel up to 40%.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Enterprise Software Solution Consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- 5+ years delivering compelling presentations both in person and virtual meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts and strategic initiatives.
- 4+ years applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional consultative selling skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and effectively communicating value to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
