Description
Ninja Van is seeking a Regional Supervisor, Last Mile, to oversee station performance and operational compliance in Johor Bharu, Malaysia.
The successful candidate will assist Region Heads in monitoring station performance and operational compliance, improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics, enforce company policies and procedures, and provide general and technical training to stations under their supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring station performance and operational compliance
- Improving operational processes to increase delivery performance metrics
- Enforcing company policies, procedures, and disciplines
- Providing general and technical training to stations
- Conducting station assessment audits
- Reporting non-compliance in station operational processes to management
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Management System, OH&S management system, and GDPMD system requirements
- Prioritizing own and others' safety
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Data-driven decision-making mentality and a 'can-do' attitude
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
The salary range for this position is RM2,700 - RM2,900 per month.
