Description
We are seeking an LGV 2 Driver to join our team in Corby, working on an AM shift, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, starting at 04:00. You will be responsible for driving various LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins from our trade waste customers.
As an LGV 2 Driver with Biffa Waste Services, you will be working as part of a single person crew, using your initiative to carry out your role in the outdoors, making a difference to the local environment and communities.

Requirements
- Trade Waste and Bulker Experience
- Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card
- Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety
- Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements
- Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
