Description
We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our team at Vattenfall Värme, a leading provider of sustainable heating solutions in Sweden. As an Asset Manager, you will play a strategic role in developing and investing in our assets for the long term. You will work at the intersection of technology, economics, and business, contributing to sustainable investments and asset management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term asset and investment plans
- Balance investments, maintenance, risk, and long-term needs
- Create decision-making support for strategic business and investment decisions
- Drive strategic investigations and contribute to complex projects
- Support the business and management group in strategic matters
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Asset Management, investment planning, or strategic asset development
- Civil engineering or business economics degree, or equivalent competence
- Experience in multiple areas of Asset Management, such as strategy and planning, decision support, risk management, and digitalization
- Good understanding of balancing performance, cost, and risk in long-term decisions
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
