As an Opzichter Stadswarmte Projectrealisatie, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our district heating projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for preparing and coordinating planned work carried out by contractors, supervising the quality of work execution, and controlling technical guidelines and quality requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and coordinating planned work carried out by contractors
- Supervising the quality of work execution and controlling technical guidelines and quality requirements
- Ensuring safety during work execution
- Coordinating with contractors, residents, customers, and municipalities
- Acting as a key link within the project team and contributing to efficient collaboration between all parties involved
- Monitoring work progress and signalling deviations or risks in a timely manner
- Participating in emergency services for a few weeks per year
You'll work within Vattenfall Warmte's Project Realization department, which focuses on expanding, renewing, and connecting our heat and cold systems, prioritizing quality, safety, manageable costs, and successful execution. You'll work from Arnhem in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region, having daily contact with project managers, work preparers, contractors, municipalities, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
We offer a salary range of €3,800 - €4,500 per month, excluding holiday pay, based on a 38-hour workweek. Additionally, we provide a good secondary benefits package, including 8% holiday pay, a 4.5% end-of-year bonus, and a profit-sharing scheme of up to 3.5% of your annual salary.
