WSP is currently seeking a Senior Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics Implementation Consultant to support their global Digital Solutions Team in Houston, TX.
As a Senior Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics Implementation Consultant, you will work with a wide range of internal and external clients across various industries to solve complex requirements, lead technical project teams, and develop designs for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) software solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interacting with customers to obtain technical details required for configuration
- Interpreting customer compliance requirements and business processes to develop technical specifications for configuration
- Configuring software per design specifications
- Verifying configurations through thorough end-to-end system testing
- Developing detailed documentation for quantitative testing
- Extracting, transforming, and loading data from one system to another
- Demonstrating software configuration and base functionality to customers
- Developing and delivering training, technical documentation, and training materials
- Analyzing and interpreting large, complex data sets
- Troubleshooting configuration issues during deployment and rollout activities
- Managing and overseeing internal and external relationships to ensure client delivery and company growth
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Expert-level experience with Enablon AQS and Metrics applications
- 5+ years of experience as a project lead on multiple Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics implementations
- Experience directing and supporting remote and global teams
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance and leadership to junior team members
- Experience working with large data sets and spreadsheets
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and adhering to WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
