Position Summary
Diversified Commercial Solutions (DCS) is an Aetna organization comprised of 10 distinct specialty businesses with a wide range of product offerings for plan sponsors.
This individual contributor role reports directly to the DCS Chief of Staff and partners closely with the DCS leadership team to run the operating rhythm and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Enable transparency of the financial health and progress of business priorities through our DCS management process
- Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as our cross-sell strategy, with end-to-end responsibility
- Identify opportunities to improve the engagement model with partner organizations in a highly complex and matrixed environment
- Create compelling content for internal forums and high-visibility external events
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field, with healthcare insurance industry experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences
- Resourceful operator who demonstrates ownership and strong accountability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful track record of collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional or matrixed organizational structures
- AI proficiency and hands-on experience using AI tools to supplement work capacity
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a business field such as business administration, finance, economics, and/or marketing or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
