Description
The Treasury Systems & Business Solutions team, a department within Treasury that falls under Capital Markets and Risk organization, consists of business process and system experts who create simple, well-integrated, and intelligent solutions for superior decision-making and best-in-class execution, operations, and risk management for the Treasury department.
We are looking for a Manager to work with the team and Agile pod in delivering cloud-based solutions for the overall business intent through close collaboration across internal partners. This role will be responsible for leading customer interviews and analysis to ground the problems to be solved, running impact analysis, and working with Agile teams to define, test, and implement solutions.
General Responsibilities:
- Define solutions to business/systems problems
- Liaise between tech and business SMEs to translate business requirements into highly specified project briefs
- Partner with consumers, business SMEs, and source system teams to analyze and translate business requirements and source data
- Prepare systems analysis documentation/specifications
- Identify roadblocks to projected timeline and present possible solutions
- Ensure solution integrity through user acceptance testing (UAT) and finalize disposition of solution for business as usual (BAU) acceptance
- Assist core system users, address downstream systems issues, and respond to internal/external audit requests
- Develop, maintain, manage, and deliver technical information or documentation
- Own the design of configuration changes needed within Treasury’s Derivative system Murex
- Manage inter-team and technology dependencies to mitigate project and product risks
- Support the Product Owner with prioritization, road map development, and test coordination
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience working in a business system analysis role
- At least 5 years of experience with Capital Markets, Derivative workflow (such as Murex or Calypso)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 3+ years experience with Murex pricing and Valuation models
- 2+ years experience on Murex MRA/MRB module
- 3+ years experience on Pricing module and pre-trade rules
- 1+ year of experience working with AWS
- Solid knowledge of Collateral margining and SIMM
- Strong understanding of technology including Databases and SQL
- Strong Agile delivery knowledge and training and/or practical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Interest Rate, FX and Credit Derivatives as well as their trade life cycle events
- Hands-on Experience with Murex v 3.1.63 and above
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Capital Markets & Risk in McLean, VA. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
