Description
TaskUs is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, developing individual and team goals, and implementing plans to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff
- Maintain open communication between staff and senior management
- Manage and staff operations assignments
- Monitor operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training, and ensure excellent client service
- Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives
- Guide Operations Managers in meeting team and individual goals
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Assist in crafting operations procedures
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably at Director or VP level, specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations
- Strong computer skills, especially in Google Suite applications
- Ability to prepare ROI reports and present to executive leadership
- Proven track record of meeting, delivering, and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills
- Ability to build productive business relationships with clients
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong professionalism with foundational skills such as presentation, reliability, and discipline
- Proven ability to scale operations and strong experience in employee retention
