Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company, is seeking a Polygraphologist to join its Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting psycho-physiological research using polygraphs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-physiological research using polygraphs for candidates before hiring;
• Conduct regular checks, research within internal investigations, and verify employees upon completion of cooperation;
• Conduct pre-test interviews, form and adapt question lists according to the goal and circumstances of a specific study;
• Analyze obtained psycho-physiological reactions and research results;
• Prepare structured conclusions based on the results of conducted checks;

Requirements and Skills:

• Practical experience as a polygraphologist for at least 3 years;
• Higher education in law, psychology, criminology, security, or related fields;
• Professional training in conducting psycho-physiological research using polygraphs;
• Relevant certificates/documents confirming professional training;
• Proficient use of equipment and software for polygraphological research;
• Knowledge and practical experience in applying different research methods;
• Experience in independent analysis of results and preparation of professional conclusions;
• Developed analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Strong communication skills, ability to establish contact with respondents, and work with complex and sensitive situations;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate/economic security or specialized companies conducting polygraphological research;
• Experience in operational, investigative, or law enforcement activities;
• Experience in conducting research within internal investigations;
