Description
Epiq eDiscovery Managed Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison and case consultant for clients engaging with Epiq EMS group on eDiscovery projects.
The successful candidate will have proficiency in utilizing Relativity and eDiscovery methodologies. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and interpreting client requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes
- Consulting with clients on utilizing Epiq's suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity
- Coordinating internal processes across Epiq departments to ensure client objectives are met
- Representing Epiq in client interactions and with third-party service providers
- Supervising and supporting other members of the Client Services team to ensure client needs are addressed effectively
- Providing regular project updates and team performance reports to the Regional CS Manager
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving client needs
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-discovery environment, with hosting services experience preferred
- Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert are advantageous
The compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000 USD annually, and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
