As a Senior Design Researcher - Account Sharing at Wise, you will be part of a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world's money. Your mission is to build the world's best, truly cross-border shared accounts, for every kind of relationship – families, friends, children, partners, intergenerational care givers and receivers.
You will join a thriving research community of 30+ researchers in London and work embedded in the Shared Accounts team. As a Senior Researcher, you'll be owning your expertise and contributing by:
- Leading complex research projects
- Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and holistic research thinking
- Taking ownership of research decisions
- Collaborating with other researchers and disciplines
- Planning strategically and defining success
- Storytelling and advocating for a research-led approach
- Using modern tools thoughtfully

You must have experience doing research with children, young people and families, and deep experience with both generative and evaluative research. You should also have exceptional problem-solving skills, holistic research thinking, and strong presentation and storytelling skills.
