Selected areas of focus:

  • Review of new business models
  • Advice to international clients on market entry in Germany
  • Establishment of credit institutions, financial services providers, and insurance companies, as well as operation of permit procedures
  • M&A transactions related to banks, financial services providers, insurance companies, and trading venues
  • Accompaniment of internal investigation proceedings, advice on compliance, and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Advice on innovative business models and products in the context of the digitalisation of the financial market

In addition to daily mandate-related work, we offer you excellent individual development opportunities, challenging tasks, and plenty of room for personal development - at every stage of your legal career.

You stand out academically with excellent exam results and have a broad understanding of the legal field. Your fluent English skills were ideally acquired abroad.
