Description
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you'll be the voice of Bupa for our customers, guiding existing customers through their policy renewal conversations to ensure the right outcome and best level of healthcare for them and their families.
You'll take inbound calls from members in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple systems and adhering to regulatory requirements. You'll ensure each customer has a great experience, take ownership of customer queries, diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques, and introduce our tailored products and services to suit their needs.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Previous sales/contact centre experience is highly preferred
- Strong PC skills and aptitude to adapt to new systems
- Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
- Ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals
