Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Glasgow Fort, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
The ideal candidate will be:
- Able to work part-time hours, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods
- Available to work Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 16:00-20:00
- Digitally confident, with experience using digital tools and technology
- A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
