We are seeking a F&B Graduate Trainee to join our team at Marriott International in Hong Kong.
As a F&B Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our food and beverage outlets. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery, manage menus, and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring memorable experiences
- Manage menus, communicate with kitchens, and interact with guests
- Maintain high-quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with teams to achieve excellent service delivery
- Perform tasks such as setting tables, cleaning work areas, and managing supplies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication skills
