Description
As an A-Teamer, you will be responsible for supporting new colleagues during their onboarding process and training them during their employee journey.
You will select new colleagues in the best interest of the depot and Coolblue. You will develop Delivery Heroes further by providing training, going on rides, and giving feedback to make them a little better every day.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of new Delivery Heroes and teach them proper lifting techniques
- Intervene if these techniques are not applied correctly
- Provide team leaders with information on how new Delivery Heroes work
- Contribute new ideas to improve the onboarding process
- Share knowledge and experience with other Delivery Heroes
- Be a role model in terms of delivery performance, Coolblue core values, customer orientation, and professionalism
- Perform work in accordance with applicable house rules and health and safety requirements
- Continuously improve the operational delivery process
- Conduct training sessions and improve them together with team leaders for new and experienced colleagues
- Ensure that quality comes first when hiring new drivers
- Collaborate with recruiters and team leaders to select the right drivers
- Plan, coordinate, and organize training activities with planners and team leaders
- Provide input on learnings and development of deliveries to your team management and contribute to the development of new training programs
- Be flexible and willing to travel to other locations to share knowledge
