We are seeking Trainee Lawyers (m/f/d) to join our Restructuring & Insolvency practice at our Frankfurt office.
Our Restructuring & Insolvency practice advises companies, creditors, investors, and insolvency administrators on national and cross-border restructurings and financial restructurings of companies before and during insolvency.
Key areas of focus include:
- Comprehensive corporate restructurings and refinancings
- Preparation and accompaniment of court proceedings for corporate restructuring
- Investments in crisis situations
- Corporate purchases and sales from insolvency
- Organisational duties in crisis situations
- Litigation support in Germany and worldwide
In this role, you will work on complex, economically demanding situations in practice, applying your legal skills across various areas of law, including insolvency law, credit security law, corporate law, and European law.
