We're transforming procurement at Asda, and you're invited to be at the heart of this change. As a Technology Category Manager, you'll manage over £2.5 billion of indirect/goods not for resale spend, driving cost transformation, sustainability, and strategic relationships.
Your Role You'll have end-to-end responsibility for sourcing activities, setting category strategies, and influencing stakeholders to achieve cost transformation. You'll lead major business technology investments, executive priorities, and cost transformation programs, delivering some of our largest and most impactful activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies
- Lead commercial activities and find innovative ways to drive efficiency
- Partner with Asda Technology and the CIO to deliver near-term and long-term value
- Help deliver the procurement transformation, including embedding new ways of working
