Description
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our attorneys team, you will focus on advocating for injured clients and maximizing case outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Intake and first meeting with clients: show compassion, build trust, document facts, and outline action items
- Investigation: direct investigations, assess insurance coverage, and gather critical evidence
- Negotiation: prepare cases for trial, evaluate Full Settlement Value, and negotiate with adjusters
- Litigation: prepare pleadings, strategize trial preparations, and execute mediation or arbitration
- General responsibilities: timely review correspondence, collaborate with team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (assistance provided)
- Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for injured clients
Benefits:
- Top pay: $200,000-$400,000 annually (base salary + performance bonuses)
- Sign-on bonus: $25,000 paid in increments over 6 months
