Work Flow Information Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven, confident decision-maker to join our Service Improvement team as a Work Flow Information Analyst. You will be responsible for providing senior stakeholders with regular and ad hoc reports, analysing service performance, and producing insights to improve operations across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports for service-related metrics and hold weekly conversations with stakeholders
• Address ad hoc queries related to service and ensure solutions are found
• Review and report on team member error rates
• Compile the weekly service pack, consisting of service levels across all departments and highlighting improvement opportunities
• Automate tasks through formulas, queries, or scripts to reduce repetitive manual tasks
• Provide senior stakeholders with data and analytical insights to support key decisions
• Engage with stakeholders and build strong working relationships
• Maintain knowledge of management policies for warehouse operatives
• Strengthen analysis and reporting of current service data
• Create Service Snapshot dashboard reports for each team on site
• Support managers with ad hoc data requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to plan and prioritise workload, working to tight timescales
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good personal time management skills
• Critical analysis and recommendation skills
• Technical skills and expertise working with datasets
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Previous Business Intelligence and data analysis experience
• Strong data visualisation skills
• Great work ethic and positive attitude
• Use of Business Intelligence packages and software
• Calm under pressure and ability to work to short deadlines
• Proactive identification of opportunities for innovation
• Focus on continuous learning and growth
