As a Telephonic Registered Nurse at CVS Health, you will work from home and be part of a specialized team on the cutting edge of patient care. You will provide a meaningful patient experience, using your critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide education and support for patients with new medications
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care
- Use state-of-the-art telecommunications nursing outreach programs
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in your state of residence
- Multi-state/compact privileges
- 3+ years of clinical RN experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Telephonic Nursing experience
- EPIC systems experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Licensure in multiple states
Shift and Hours
- Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm (CST)
- Full-time hourly position

- $29.10 - $62.32 per hour
