Description
The Specialist, Reporting & Data Stewardship role supports the Customer Operations team in reporting and dashboarding for the Data & Analytics (D&A) Operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and sending reports and dashboards related to efficiencies and metrics
- Simplifying the Blackrock automation process, especially in calculating metric scorecards and accommodating exceptions
- Collaborating to ensure data stores and applications adhere to defined data management and access practices
- Providing complex reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Managing client requests and liaising with Analytics teams across different geographies
- Leading training and development for junior staff
- Translating business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions
- Collecting, extracting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting key data from complex data sets
- Supporting the build of systems and processes to transform raw data into actionable business insights
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree or equivalent experience in SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, database knowledge (preferably Oracle), and SAP
- Python skills are preferable
- Experience with database use, database platforms, and analyzing large datasets (Oracle, Snowflake)
- Strong knowledge of Content and Power BI
