The Senior Developer, Trust Platforms role involves building foundational services and developer tools that enable secure, privacy-focused product experiences. This includes contributing to platforms spanning public key verification, identity, and confidential computing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop reliable server-side platform components and tools using Rust and Go
- Work with AWS, Kubernetes, databases, and other cloud technologies
- Apply networking concepts, including HTTP, TCP, vsock, and service meshes
- Collaborate autonomously while working effectively with colleagues across teams
- Bring a thoughtful approach to quality, detail, problem-solving, and continuous learning, focusing on security, privacy, and cryptography
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a production SaaS environment
- At least 1 year of experience shipping production Rust code
- Proficiency in writing idiomatic, asynchronous Rust in the Tokio ecosystem and working with the Rust Tower ecosystem
- Experience with Go, AWS, Kubernetes, databases, and cloud technologies
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
