Description
As a Program Manager at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world and make an impact by implementing finished good part solutions for the transportation market, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting sales organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative finished good part solutions for the transportation market
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify best business and technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Support sales organization in opportunity pursuit and execution of awarded programs
- Willingness to be on-call
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Five years of program or project management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering disciplines
- Ten years of program or project management experience
- Two years of automotive industry experience
- Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and ambiguity
- Experience with Enovia PLM and CAD
- Skills in problem-solving, influence, communication, collaboration, negotiation, resilience, and determination

The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710.
