Description
As a Production Supervisor at 3M's Cordova, Illinois facility, you will lead a team of approximately 15 hourly shift production employees and be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of production operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of production employees
- Ensuring safe and efficient production operations
- Determining staffing deployments and task prioritizations for the crew
- Supporting safety, quality, and productivity improvements
- Working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Five years of combined experience in a lead operator role or equivalent
- Experience leading full-time, part-time, and contingent hourly production employees
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerBI
- Ability to drive change and implement improvement plans

The expected compensation range for this position is $95,591 - $116,834 per year.
