Order Management Support

We are seeking an Order Management Support to join our team. As an Order Management Support, you will generate quotations as needed, input order details into relevant systems, and facilitate the end-to-end process from order-to-billing.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Own the implementation of the entire order-to-billing process and provide ongoing order management support for Sales Team and clients.
• Manage and accomplish the entire end-to-end order life cycle, including order preparation, order monitoring, entitlements, and billing/credits/cancellations for new and renewal orders.
• Confirm all client orders are accurate for sales and financial reporting and ensure adherence to compliance controls and 3rd party guidelines.
• Align to a designated client base and be accountable for building relationships with internal and external customers, playing a key role in improving service results.
• Handle and resolve queries relating to quote/order status, billing, client account information/entitlements, and compliance issues.
• Lead ad hoc initiatives with relevant groups, ensuring customer requests are successfully completed.
• Spot trends and make recommendations for improving systems and procedures.
• Own basic Service Alerts, including creation, management, and resolution of all alerts issued and perform pre-audits.
• Support tasks related to Salesforce systems, such as following up on pending orders and billing, navigating through moderately complex queries related to contracts or product installations.
• Support the process of acquiring contracts, order forms from customers, and trials management.
• Support resolving grievances related to administrative issues while partnering closely with internal customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Limited previous experience in Order to Cash/customer support roles.
• Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements.
