You will be an integral member of an exciting, hyper-growth company, expanding operations globally. As an Operations Specialist, you will support Authenticators to ensure items are unboxed and processed correctly, and handled and packaged correctly for outbound shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Unload trucks and palletize boxes
- Open boxes and scan shipping labels
- Use apps and computer software for order fulfillment
- Box items, work with packaging equipment, and accurately place labels
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- Experience in warehouses or retail environments
- Sense of urgency to meet timelines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to have skills:
- Warehouse experience
- Fashion retail background
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse environment with typical conditions
- Closed-toed and closed-heel shoes required
- Standing, walking, bending, stooping, turning, and pivoting more than 75% of the time
- May push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with team-lift
- Frequent ascension and descension of ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
This is a 6-month seasonal contract role with a base salary of $15/hr USD, plus opportunities for benefits, equity, and discretionary bonuses.
