Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our Distribution and Receive Centers team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution centers, which are responsible for getting products to our guests as quickly as possible. You will foster a 'safety first' culture, lead a team, and drive results through process and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to maximize productivity, growth, and development
• Foster a 'safety first' culture through awareness, training, and accountability
• Create a positive work environment through real-time observation and specific, constructive, and actionable feedback
• Execute operational plans, achieve performance and budget goals, and keep teams informed and coordinated across functions
• Innovate with new approaches to process and methods to increase efficiency
• Analyze and solve problems to optimize process flow

Requirements:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
• Ability to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures
